By placing an order through alscarryout.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our online ordering service.
Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before completing payment. We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly.
Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order.
Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards.
Pickup Time: Orders are prepared based on the pickup time you select. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your selected time.
Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 30 minutes may be disposed of without refund.
Store Hours: Orders can only be picked up during our operating hours: Mon-Fri 6am-230pm, Sat 630am-130pm, Closed on Sundays and holidays.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the store for incorrect orders or quality issues. Please inspect your order before leaving the store.
Complaints: Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of pickup by calling our store.
Allergen Warning: Our kitchen handles common allergens including eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish. Cross-contamination may occur.
Special Requests: While we accommodate special requests when possible, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
Al's Deli is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our online ordering service or consumption of our products beyond the purchase price of the order.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our online ordering service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
